When will my impression kit ship?

All impression kits ship within 24 hours of your order being placed.

Do you have instructions for taking my impressions?

Yes! We will email you instructions once your impression kit ships. If you need further assistance we are here to help! Just email us or give us a call and we will be happy to help!

When will I receive my custom wire retainers?

Once we receive your impressions we will inspect them for any imperfections and then digitize your impressions in case you should ever lose you retainer we have a digital copy on file! Once that is complete you will receive a estimated ship date.
